This is a new service we are very excited to share with our community of business owners. But how does it work?
We research your business’s current online presence and conduct a competitor analysis, we then formulate an all-rounded marketing strategy which shows you what to implement and how, completely unique to your brand and your strategy.
No two blueprints will be alike, however it will be based off the same amount of work, same knowledge and template but will include strategies and ideas unique to you and your brand.
Website Design

Content Creation
Our content creation packages are designed as add-ons for our clients and are not sold separately.
- Website Video Package: Professionally edited video edited and ready to use for the website (recommended for homepage)
- Brand Interview Package: Professionally edited Instagram reels interview style. Can also include one landscape version for website. Includes 5 x branded reels edited and ready for Instagram.
- Brandid Media Content Day shooting reel footage and taking stills with up to 5 reels edited ready for use.
Coaching & Support
As a Digital Marketing Strategist and experienced Event Manager, Charlotte has a lot of knowledge that can be applied in many different industries. Through supporting many business owners already, she has found that this service is extremely helpful for those business owners who want to learn and do it themselves, but are not sure where to start.
Charlotte can coach you through your goals and steps to take with 4 x 1 hour sessions as well as a complimentary initial consult.

Frequently Asked Questions
If you want to sell products, we recommend Shopify as you can manage everything from shipping to returns and emails from your Shopify platform. If you aren’t selling anything we will use WordPress to customise your site and build from scratch. If you are unsure and might want to sell products down the track, we can integrate the two.
The website packages start with Basic WordPress and Shopify sites. The WordPress site includes the entire set up, theming, layouts and up to 5 pages. The Shopify set up includes the site set up as well as your store (up to 10 products). We then have the Bespoke package which is for a more customised solution and then The Specialty, including a booking integration. Find out more on the WEBSITE DESIGN page.
You sure can! We hand everything over to you and you can manage it all yourself. We are of course here for questions and how to’s if you need it. If you need us to jump back in and make a few updates or changes, we can cost this on an hourly basis.
If you are able to provide all the information for the website, it can take anything between 1-3 weeks. If the information and images are sent in periodically, the time for it to go live will be longer. Please take this into consideration for your deadline planning.
You sure can. This feature is included in all of our website packages. We can include this on all pages or just the ones you select.
If you are a service or educational based business, then yes definitely! Blogs not only help people to understand your business, but allow you to promote your products with proof, share this on your socials and it also helps Google learn about your business. If you have questions and terminology in your blogs for what your target market will be searching, Google’s search engine will notice this and push your pages up higher. Ask us for more information on this for Google Ads & SEO.
It all depends on your set up! If you go with Shopify, there are annual fees for themes and apps but no spam protection fees or hosting fees. With WordPress, the theme is customised but there are monthly/annual fees for spam and hosting protection. Enquire and chat to us about your budget if this is a concern!
For all websites, strong and professional images assist in the readability and flow of your site. It represents the quality of your business and services. Investing in photos should be one of your first steps in creating your online presence. A strong home page with high level information about you and your company, an about me page, a page listing the services you offer, a contact page and a page showing your work should be included. If you are an eCommerce site, you would have a shop page with your products featured on your home page. Of course, this is all at a minimum and we can add other pages which are more suited to your business.
