Event Partner Package
Onsite content, storytelling and reporting that helps event organisers and brand sponsors get more value from every event.
Running an event, or sponsoring one, is only half the job. Capturing it properly, and proving its value once it's done, is the other half, and it's the half most people run out of time for or never thought about in the first place!
We see and hear it all the time. That’s why we created “The Event Partner Package”. Brandid Media becomes your dedicated content team before, during and after the event, whether you're the organiser running the show or the brand showing up as a partner. We capture the real, in-the-moment content that matters, and we build the reporting that helps you have stronger conversations with whoever needs to see the value, a sponsor, a board, a committee or your own marketing team back at head office.
We're not just there to take photos. We're there as an extension of your team. Brandid Media knows events! We run major festivals such as the Noosa Festival of Surfing. We also work with hundreds of brands sponsoring events. We know every mistake that can be made and we know exactly what to do to keep sponsors coming back and to sell more tickets in the future. Why? Because we’re event organisers ourselves and we want to pass on our knowledge to help you!
80%
Statistically, 80% of event sponsor’s don’t return for a second year, mostly because organisers can’t clearly show what the sponsorship delivered.
70%
A 70% renewal rate is the mark of a strong event. Many fall short of this.
90%
Brands who do return for a second year are 90% more likely to come back signing for multiple years.
BUILT FOR ORGANISERS & BRANDS WHO DEMAND RESULTS
This package works two ways, depending on which side of the event you're on.
If you run the event, we cover your whole event, and help you prove its value back to the sponsors and partners who fund it, so they come back for multiple years!
If you're the brand sponsoring the event, we cover your specific presence, your activation, your people, your branding, and build a reporting pack that proves the return on that sponsorship, so you can make the case for renewing it (or upgrading it) internally. OR simply utilising the content for future brand campaigns to sell your product or service.
Only 19%
Only 19% of brands say they are confident about the ROI of their sponsorships, this despite it being one of the largest expenses in the marketing budget
65%
65% of marketers have no process for measuring the success of their sponsorship performance. Meaning, most brands are walking into renewal conversations without any data to back their case.
HOW WE WORK WITH YOU
Over many years working in events both as an organiser and as a sponsor, we have come up with a simple method to keep sponsors coming back for more. Three phases, one integrated package, built around your goals from the ground up.
-
We set up before a single photo is taken.
Strategy and coverage planning session (built around the whole event, or your specific sponsorship presence, depending on your brief)
Content and shot list mapped against your goals and audience
Branded content templates and overlays for reels, stories and live coverage
Google Drive structure for content organisation and delivery
Communication and reporting groundwork, so nothing is scrambled after the event
-
We become part of your event day operation.
Live, real-time social coverage across your channels
IRL and behind-the-scenes content capture
Interviews with athletes, speakers, competitors, activation staff or key stakeholders
Quick-turn edits for reels, stories and daily highlights
Daily content organisation and delivery so nothing gets lost mid-event
-
This is where the real value gets locked in.
Full content library handover (photos, video, reels, BTS)
Highlight reel and wrap-up content for your own channels
Reporting pack summarising reach, coverage and key moments
Delivered in time to support the conversations that matter most, whether that's your council, your board, your sponsors, or your own internal stakeholders
WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT
Most event content starts and stops at the highlight video. Ours doesn't.
We have seen it time and time again. A videographer charging you like a wounded bull for a 60 second highlight reel. All this does is create you a lasting memory but nothing to back you up in the boardroom when it comes to renewing your biggest event partners.
That’s why Brandid Media has created a no bullshit, proven method that starts weeks before your event and continues long after its done. We realise how f**king hard it is to get sponsors, but we know how much harder it is to keep them. Our team of media professionals won’t charge you two grand a day + editing fees for a 60 second reel. Our Event Partner Package makes us an extension of your team, like we’re in the boardroom with you showing off something to be proud of!
Whether you're running the event or sponsoring it, the biggest risk isn't the event itself, it's what happens after it. Industry research points to a consistent pattern: relationships fall over not because the event underperformed, but because nobody could clearly show what it delivered.
Up to 80% of event sponsors don't return for a second year, largely because organisers can't clearly prove what the sponsorship delivered
Events with strong renewal rates typically sit at 70% or higher, many fall well short of that
Sponsors and partners in ongoing, multi-event relationships report significantly higher satisfaction than one-off, transactional arrangements
The most common reason a sponsorship isn't renewed is unclear or unproven value, not a bad experience on the day
For organisers, that means reporting is built into the package as standard, not sold as an afterthought once the event's already over. For brands, it means every event you sponsor comes with a clear, comparable record of what your investment actually delivered, useful whether you're reporting up to a CMO, justifying next year's budget, or building a case across your whole sponsorship portfolio.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
-
Both, and often at the same event. We can be booked by the organiser to cover the whole event, or by a brand to cover their specific sponsorship presence and build a reporting pack for internal use. The coverage and reporting are scoped differently depending on who we're working for.
-
Yes, this is exactly what the Annual Partner tier is built for. It gives you one consistent team and one consistent reporting format across your whole sponsorship calendar, so you can compare value across events rather than starting from scratch each time.
-
Yes. We can work alongside an existing photography or videography supplier and focus purely on the strategy, organisation and reporting side if that's what you need.
-
Events are live environments and some things sit outside anyone's control, including weather, venue restrictions or schedule changes. We'll always do our best to adapt in real time and keep you posted, but we can't be held liable for content opportunities missed due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
-
Timing is confirmed in your proposal, but our aim is always to get your reporting pack to you while the event is still fresh, not months later when key decisions have already quietly been made.
